DEC Links

It has come to our attention that many cemeteries in the metropolitan area are having their fuel and heating oil tanks inspected by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).  DEC regulations require all tanks are to be registered and in compliance with the tank testing schedule as set up by DEC.  DEC regulations can be downloaded from the following links:
