What is NYSAC?

The New York State Association of Cemeteries is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the furtherance of effective cemetery management and operation for better community service.

NYSAC, which is regulated by the State Cemetery Board and the New York State Division of Cemeteries, proposes and sponsors legislation beneficial to New York State consumers and cemeteries.

The goals of NYSAC are to promote the advancement of practical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of cemeteries, to create and maintain high ethical standards in the conduct of cemetery administration, and to secure the advantages to be obtained by mutual cooperation.
